Presented by the Sir Elton John Collection, The Radial Eye: Modernist Photography focuses on the first half of the twentieth century, often referred to as the coming of age for photography. The exhibition highlights one of the most in depth private collection of photography seen to date, starting in 1991 Sir Elton Jon collection has culminated to over 8000 prints from early twentieth century to the present day.

The six rooms to the exhibition explores the significant themes in the progression of photography from portraits, documents, experiments, bodies, objects, perspectives and abstractions. Radical Eye is an insight to the evolution of photography, a narrative of progression in technology, experimentation and expression highlights the transformation of photography, indicating the innovations that still impact how we see the world today.
